Learn and practice Ashtanga yoga with your fellow yogis at Moonhill. Move through this sequence of therapeutic poses designed to heal and strengthen the body while enjoying the support of your community. Guidance is given to new practitioners as one learns to make their yoga practice their own with this traditional form of yoga.

With commitment to regular practice, allow dedication and awareness to open the door to peace of mind and full body health and vitality.
